Shipping questions

Eligible shipping speeds and their charges are displayed based on the item(s) in your cart and the delivery address.

Your order will be delivered within 5-8 days. We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so we can pass the savings on to you in the form of free shipping. If you look in Your Orders and see that your items haven’t shipped yet, don’t worry. We may take a little longer than you expect to ship out your order, but we won’t delay shipping if it means we’ll miss the expected delivery date.

Yes. You will have your invoice for your order in Your Account or to your E-mail Id as soon as your order is shipped.

Returns on Indocrafty are currently accepted only in the following cases:

1. You have received a damaged product

2. You have received a defective product

3. Wrong product was delivered to you

4. The product ordered was missing in the delivered shipment

In any of these cases, you could either request a replacement or a refund within 15 days of receiving the order.

Step 1: Follow one of the following steps:

a. Via My Orders section

Click on ‘Orders’. Go to Order and select ‘Have a Concern’. Proceed with reason for return.

b. Via Help Center

Click on ‘Have a Concern’>Click on ‘Submit a Request’ > Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference

Step 2: Once your request is received, we will be responsible to pick the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

You can cancel the order through ‘Order’ section before it is being shipped.

Once the order has been processed from our vendor, it cannot be cancelled considering international shipment. Typically, you can cancel orders within 1-2 days from the date of order being placed.

Most items purchased from sellers are listed which are returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.

Payment Information

– After the item is placed in cart, check out it.
– Select payment method from the given (UPI, Net Banking or PAYTM)
– After payment method setup wait for the OTP which will receive on your registered mobile no.
– Select delivery address and done.

You can track the refund status under ‘Orders’ section on our app or website.

In case of cancellation before the order is shipped, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours in the source account.

For the order that is already shipped, refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours in the source account once it gets returned and verified at the warehouse.

You can track the Refund status in our ‘Chat With Us’ option (available on Website, App). Also, an email is sent to your registered details once the refund is processed. To check the status of your return, kindly visit ‘Orders’ section in Indocrafty app/website.

There are no separate charges for canceling an item or the complete order.
